Stonebridge Associates Advises JOHNSONDIVERSEY
on the Sale of its DuBois Chemicals Division
BOSTON, Massachusetts—October 30, 2008—Stonebridge Associates, a leading provider of investment banking services to privately held and family-owned businesses, served as the exclusive financial advisor to JohnsonDiversey in the sale of its DuBois Chemicals division to private equity firm The Riverside Company. This transaction represents the third divestiture in which Stonebridge Associates was retained by JohnsonDiversey. During this engagement, Stonebridge worked with JohnsonDiversey and the DuBois management team to review strategic options, provide valuation advisory services, and assist in negotiating, structuring, and executing the divestiture transaction. The transaction amount has not been disclosed.
